The Circle C neighborhood just outside of Austin is a popular master planned community that offers a variety of features and amenities. Like most other planned communities Circle C has grown and expanded throughout the past few years as the area became more and more popular. Circle C currently offers multiple mini neighborhoods within the Circle C community so everyone is sure to find housing that meets their needs. Depending on which portions of Circle C you wish to live in the price of homes can vary quite a bit which really makes it one of the most adaptive communities in the area.
Circle C was originally designed and developed in the 1980s as the housing market in the area began to boom. Ever since the original design, Circle C has been getting larger and larger; the number of shops and houses in the area have obviously expanded as well. Throughout the Circle C neighborhood there are numerous outdoor areas and recreation centers including pools that are available for use by any residents of the area. Besides just offering pools there are also numerous parks and play areas in the Circle C area as well. Within a short walk of most of the Circle C neighborhood are dozens of city parks with play areas for children as well as a golf course, plenty of tennis courts, and nearly any other outdoor activity imaginable.
Overall the Circle C neighborhood is a great place to live that is close enough to Austin without being immediately in the traffic of the city. There are plenty of shopping and entertainment areas within a very short driving distance and most importantly there are plenty of outdoor areas like pools and parks to keep children entertained. As with many suburban areas Circle C is targeted towards families and overall the area is quite well designed for families; though many others live in the area as well. If you simply want a home in a nice area that is within commuting distance of Austin then the Circle C neighborhood is definitely worth taking a look at; few other neighborhoods can match the convenience and features offered by Circle C. For those looking for a shorter commute there are obviously better choices but few of them will offer the open area, large plots of land, and other outdoor amenities that you can get at Circle C.
