Bee Cave Texas is a fairly small area near Austin Texas that is quite popular with many families and those that want to live outside of Austin while still being able to work immediately within the city. Bee Cave only has about 1,000 residents though so the community is obviously not a huge community but there is still plenty to love about the area. Along with the lower population of Bee Cave comes the lower population density; Bee Cave has more than enough land to offer plenty of outdoor space and open air while still having plenty of housing available.
Probably the most popular thing with many people in the Bee Cave area is the parks available. Bee Cave's parks and recreation department is always working to expand and at the same time offer plenty of activities and events in the area. These parks make Bee Cave a popular place for families with children because there is plenty of things to do; the large area occupied by Bee Cave also means many residences have plenty of land for yards or outdoor areas as well. Overall Bee Cave's park offerings are quite impressive compared to most other neighborhoods in the area. As far as housing and residences go in Bee Cave there is never a problem finding plenty in the area; Bee Cave is constantly developing and expanding so new homes are always being built throughout the entire community. There are also plenty of rental properties available in the area that make it easy for basically anyone to move into the Bee Cave area.
Surprisingly Bee Cave even has quite an interesting and rich history behind the city as well. Bee Cave officially became a city in 1987 but people have been living in the Bee Cave area for well over one hundred years thanks to the location. Bee Cave as pretty much always been known as a great place to live if you want to be close to Austin while still being far enough out of town to avoid much of the traffic and congestion. Obviously in recent years Austin has moved slightly closer to Bee Cave as the city expanded but that is expected with basically any suburban city. Regardless of this Bee Cave is still quite popular as a suburban city that is close enough to Austin to make it easy to commute while still offering the suburban lifestyle.
