There are several floor plans with options to get three- or four-bedroom units. The smallest unit runs 1,240 square feet while the largest unit is 1,350 square feet. The complex also offers a basketball court, clubhouse, pool, and laundry room directly on-site.
The apartments have a host of amenities to add value to the rental and make like more convenient for residents. Blinds work to block out the sun, and decrease the overall temperature of the home on hot days. Garbage disposals and dishwashers make cleaning up after a meal a less intensive process. Walk-in closets and pantries make it easier to organize belongings and stay on top of clutter.
