The Way Apartments are conveniently located near Interstates 20, 30, and 35 E for easy access to places like Thurgood Marshall Park, Bahama Beach Waterpark, Kiest Park, and Dallas Executive Airport (RBD). There are churches, a post office, restaurants like Luby's and Wingstop, and shopping nearby for plenty of fun activities and family outings. Boulder Park, the Golf Club at Dallas, and Southwest Center Mall are also favorite local stops for residents. DART transportation is easy to access from the community for quick transportation to school or work.

Residents have a choice of six floor plans depending on the number of bedrooms they need. Each unit is equipped with ceiling fans, all electric appliances with a frost-free refrigerator, decorative countertops, wallpapered rooms, and mini-blinds. Each apartment has a patio or balcony for barbecuing, family gatherings, or some quiet time to unwind before bed.
