Villas on Woodforest

The Villas on Woodforest is a planned private community with a luxurious Italian villa theme designed for active seniors ages 60 and older. It offers one- and two-bedroom apartments over six floor plan layouts that range in size from 883 to 1,112 square feet. Every apartment has living and dining spaces, up to two bathrooms, a kitchen with standard appliances, wall-to-wall carpets, walk-in closets, a covered patio or balcony and optional storage. Residents can choose a public parking garage or private covered or detached garage parking.

The Villas on Woodforest is a peaceful neighborhood protected by a limited access gate. Seniors are encouraged by the staff to utilize the many on-site entertainment and recreational areas: There are forested zones with walking/jogging trails, gazebos, a large clubhouse, a swimming pool, a jacuzzi, two shuffleboard courts, an activities center, a games room, a library, indoor and outdoor sitting areas, picnic and barbecue areas and a golf putting green. Although the community is close to local businesses and attractions, seniors can find everything they need within the community, including a gourmet kitchen, a convenience store, a business and computer center, a postal service area, a beauty salon and a fitness facility.
