Whether residents need to commute to the Energy Corridor, Sugar Land, Missouri City or downtown Houston, they will find easily accessible routes from the Pathway apartment community. The Sam Houston Parkway, Interstate 10, the Westpark Tollway, Southwest Freeway and Loop 610 are within minutes of the community. The location is also near numerous restaurants, recreational activities and shopping centers, including The Galleria, Highland Village and Memorial City Mall.
Eight different, well-designed floor plans are available, ranging between 817 and 1,141 square feet, with two or three bedrooms. All apartment homes feature full-sized washer and dryer connections, ceiling fans, crown molding and either a patio or balcony with additional storage. Most floor plans include wood-burning fireplaces, spacious walk-in closets and stylish accent walls. Some apartments have built-in bookshelves, linen closets, vaulted ceilings and kitchen pantries.
The Pathway offers covered parking, a business center, fitness center and two resort-style pools. An on-site clothes care facility is also available for the convenience of residents. There are several public parks close to the community, and access to the public mass transit system is nearby as well. Emergency maintenance services are available 24 hours a day.
