The location is also right off the 75 freeway on Greenville Avenue, so there's easy access to the heart of the city. When choosing an apartment, residents will have a variety of options that include different layouts for one-, two- and three-bedroom units. Some of the units are in the form of townhomes, and others have dens and fireplaces as well.
The one bedrooms come in three different layouts that range from 534 square feet up to 951 square feet for a one bedroom with a den and a fireplace. The two bedroom units are between 1,093 square feet and 1,262 square feet, and the three bedrooms can be as large as 1,352 square feet. No matter what layout a future resident chooses, there will be more than enough room in the unit.
