The Valenceo at Midtown Apartments come in five different styles, with three one-bedroom configurations and two two-bedroom configurations. These units range in square footage from 640 to 1000, and each of them comes with a fireplace perfect for keeping warm in the chilly weather. Other amenities for individual units include mini-blinds, walk-in closets, wall-to-wall carpeting, pantries, ceiling fans, frost-free refrigerators, high ceilings, dishwashers, patio balconies and high-speed Internet. Community features include a refreshing swimming pool and a laundry room.
Pets are allowed at Valenceo at Midtown Apartments, but only two per unit. Each cat or dog must weigh less than 25 pounds, and some breeds are not permitted. An additional fee applies for pet owners.
