Val Verde

Val Verde has a one, two and three bedroom floor plan from which to choose. They are rather spacious with the three bedroom layout being nearly 1,100 square feet. This community, located in the San Antonio suburb of Schertz, provides residents a basketball court, and there's also a playground. The on-site laundry facilities make doing this chore much more convenient, and a picnic area on the premises is the perfect place to relax and eat out on beautiful warm days.

This community is close to the 1604 Loop and I-35 can take residents toward downtown San Antonio. Val Verde is near schools, and there are parks nearby including Cut Off Park and Crescent Bend Nature Park. The Schertz Soccer Complex is also about a mile away.

There is one parking space per apartment. The units themselves have wall-to-wall carpeting, ceiling fans, walk-in closets, and the kitchens have all the appliances necessary for eating in as well as a pantry for extra food storage. This apartment community accepts section 8 and has 12 or 24 month lease terms and it allows cats and dogs.
