Upland Park Townhomes, formerly known as Knight's Landing, is located in the Spring Branch West neighborhood on the west side of Houston. I-10 and the Sam Houston Parkway are nearby. It has a walk score of 38 out of a possible 100, so most errands will require a vehicle or public transportation. Nearby are the Texas Pride Baseball Training Complex and Springwoods Park. There are 288 apartments units divided into seven different floor plans. Upland Park Townhomes has larger apartments, which are often very hard to find.
