The University apartments are located on Pelican Island, just a short distance from Texas A&M University at Galveston. The apartments are ideal for students interested in living close to campus and attractions such as Pleasure Pier and downtown Galveston. The apartment community serves as both a dorm and apartment community for the university. Students at different levels in their education live within the community.
