Tuscany at Goldmark

The Tuscany at Goldmark apartments are located in the northern region of Dallas, TX, near Richardson. Residents will have easy access to the 75 and 635 freeways, which can take them straight to the downtown area. By taking the 635 west, residents will be able to go shopping at the Galleria Dallas mall. Future residents of the Tuscany at Goldmark apartments will have their choice between four different one-bedroom apartment layouts as well as three different two bedrooms.

The one-bedroom apartments are each 650 square feet, and the two bedrooms are all 952 square feet. Each of the apartments come with frost-free refrigerators, self-cleaning ovens, garbage disposals and dishwashers in the kitchen. There's also extra room for food storage in the panty. These apartments are pet friendly, so residents can bring along their cat or small dog with a maximum weight limit of 25 pounds.

There are also additional amenities to enjoy the outdoors like the patio or balcony that each apartment comes equipped with. The complex has a pool as well as barbecues throughout the area. For those who like to get in a good workout, there's a fitness room on site, and there's also a clubhouse where residents can get together.
