Floor plans at Tivoli include one- and two-bedroom designs, with the largest plan providing more than 1,430 square feet of living space. All of the one-bedroom plans are flats, but the two-bedroom apartments are available as flats and townhouses. In-unit amenities vary, but they typically include full-size washer and dryer connections, a spacious balcony or patio, wood-burning fireplace, ceramic tile floors and island kitchen. Apartments are wired for multiple telephone lines, and most units have ceiling fans installed.

The grounds are exceptional, with both flowered and green areas that are very well-maintained. Residents can enjoy a leisurely lunch at a picnic table or dive into the refreshing swimming pool. An on-site fitness center and clothes care center are provided for the convenience of all residents.
