Timbers at the Park is a country-style, residential neighborhood that is designed to offer local professionals and families a fun-filled location that meets their needs. Outside, units are nestled between wooded areas and grassy lawns while the inside of the apartments provide modern amenities like washer and dryer hook-ups, balconies, concierge services, room for pets, built-in microwaves, high ceilings, a bookshelf, and walk-in closets. Security is paramount, and a patrol staff is always on duty. A fitness center, dry cleaner, large playground, video library, picnic area, reserved, covered parking, and office services like copying and printing are available for residents to use. For some family time, Ben Gill Park is one of the most frequented places in the area.
There are three different floor plans depending on the number of bedrooms are in the apartment. Walmart, TSC, and Tanger Outlets are all relatively close to the area. Los Hermanos, IHop, Waffle House, and Tacquerio Dos Aces are all local dining stops. Hometown Cinemas is always popular with the students in the community. There are several middle and elementary schools for parents to choose to send their children. The Side Street Bar and Applebee's are excellent places for date night when the kids are with their grandparents.
