The Dakota Apartments are in Arlington Texas. They offer several different floor plans to select from. This is a green community and is both family and pet friendly. The location of this apartment community is wonderful since it is near the University of Texas at Arlington, Six Flags Over Texas, the Cowboys Stadium and Hurricane Harbor. Nearby restaurants include the Waffle House, Pansayena and Royal Panda Chinese.
The community has swimming pools and a fitness center for active residents. A brook runs through the property, and there is a lighted path that runs beside it. Gated access is provided for security, and there is on-site maintenance. A sense of community is encouraged through the theater and gaming room as well as the outdoor BBQ area. There is a playground for children.
Apartment amenities include fully equipped kitchens, ceiling fans, huge walk-in closets and tile flooring. Some apartments have balconies and other have patios. There are washer/dryer connections in select apartments.
