For anyone looking for affordable apartments just on the other side of I-35 from downtown San Antonio, they need look no further than Texana/Grayson Ridge Apartments. Location is their greatest amenity with their proximity to everything San Antonio has to offer. They are especially close to the Breckenridge Park and its Golf Course as well as the San Antonio Country Club. Their closeness to downtown assures a bounty of shopping, dining and entertainment options.
The community at Texana/Grayson Ridge features Barbecue grills for those beautiful days when only eating out will do and a clothes care center for convenience. It is near the bus line to make getting around town simple. The units have recently been remodeled. They have ceiling fans in the living areas, and the kitchens have a dishwasher and garbage disposal. The apartments also have walk-in closets, a patio or balcony and extra storage. There are six or twelve month lease options, and section 8 is accepted. They allow cats and dogs with a two pet limit as well as a fee and some weight and dog breed restrictions.
