Terrell Senior Terraces I is a senior community with bible study, van transportation, a beauty salon and a game room. Residents can choose from six floor plans with one or two bedroom apartment homes. Square footage starts at 714. Additional amenities include a 24-hour fitness room, ceiling fans, a business center, high-speed Internet, walk-in closets, a patio or balcony with each apartment, barbecues, frost-free refrigerators, hot tubs, disposals, one pool, dishwashers, ice makers, mini blinds, microwaves, wall-to-wall carpeting, a clubhouse and two laundry rooms. Residents also get AC, cable hookup, an emergency call system, private rooms, step-in showers, a spa, a wheelchair-accessible pool and a billiards room.
Water and trash is paid for by the complex. Pets are welcome for a deposit. Breed and weight restrictions apply. Two pets are allowed per apartment. Both cats and dogs are fine. There are 72 units across one stories, making each apartment ground-level, which is easy to get in and out of. There are only four homes per building. Lease terms are 12 months and section 8 is accepted. This is more than a retirement housing complex, it's truly a place that residents enjoy calling home.
