All apartments are equipped with ceiling fans to help with cooling in the hot summer months, and some units have fireplaces for added warmth in the winter. All units have washer and dryer connections and residents can rent a washer and dryer from the complex.

We have 3 A1's available, 625 sq. ft. Two of them are on the second floor, one is $889 and one is $899. The one for $89 has a pool view. I also have a third floor A1 for $899. We also have 4 A2's, 677 sq. ft. One of them is a first floor unit for $949. Then we have two on the second floor; one is $929 and the other is $939. Last but not least, we have one on the second floor that is upgraded with black on black appliances, new carpet, and cherry wood cabinets for $969. These units are available to move in from the beginning to middle of July, but we can be a little flexible. We also have several other A1's, A2's, and B1's available as well.
