About Sterling Bay

Nestled between Baytown Soccer Park to the west and Eddie Huron Park to the east, Sterling Bay offers residents a nice atmosphere and an excellent bargain in Baytown, Texas. Residents can reach Houston after hopping on I-10, which is only a couple minutes away. There is also plenty of shopping and dining very close along Baker Road in both directions from this apartment community.

Sterling Bay offers its residents 24-hour emergency maintenance service, four laundry centers, three swimming pools, two tennis courts, a playground for the kids and free copier and fax service. Pets are allowed except for aggressive dog breeds with a maximum of two pets per apartment and a generous 75 pound weight limit. They offer a flex-pay program where residents can pay half their rent on the 1st and half on the 15th, and they have online rent payment.

There are numerous one and two bedroom floor plans as well as a couple three bedroom layouts.
