Located just outside I-610 in northwestern Houston, Spring Hill apartments are an excellent place to call home. The complex offers three floor plans: a 1 bedroom/ 1 bathroom layout, a 2 bedroom/ 1 bathroom plan, and a 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom layout. The apartments range between 650 and 1,000 square feet and come with dishwashers, disposals, and walk-in closets. While there are no washer or dryer hookups in the units, residents can use the two on-site laundry facilities.
If a renter desires satellite television in the unit, proof of renter's insurance and a deposit are required. All potential residents must demonstrate that their income is 3 times the amount of the rent payment. A gated community, Spring Hill provides a playground and pool for residents to use.
