Southcross Villas Apartments is conveniently located off Interstate 410 and Highway 87. The apartment sits at 3907 East Southcross Boulevard in the peaceful wooded neighborhood of Pecan Valley in southern San Antonio Texas. The two-story 85 unit structure is in the East Central School District, which includes Pecan Valley Elementary, Salado Middle School and East Central High School. Apartments lease on a nine or twelve month basis and require an income two times the amount of the rent.

Residents have a two space surface parking area, onsite maintenance and management personnel, a courtesy night patrol and nearby transportation. Formerly known as South Cross Square, Southcross Villas has easy access to the River Walk, South San Antonio and Downtown San Antonio. The property is handicap accessible providing residents with an on site laundry room and swimming pool.

The one and two bedroom apartments have vaulted ceilings with fans, window blinds and walk in closets. The beige colored building offer apartments with garbage disposals, frost-free refrigerators and carpeting. Southcross Villas is a pet friendly building. Pets must weigh 50 pound or less and a restriction of two pets per apartment is enforced. The complex requires a $200 pet fee that is non-refundable.
