Built in 1924, the 11 story building started as part of the Santa Fe Terminal complex, was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1997, and renovated into apartments in 1998 without taking away any of its industrial charm. The bus system runs right past the building and the West End DART station is only half a mile away, but with a multitude of parks, museums, restaurants, shopping, and more just steps away you won't need to go far from home for anything.
