Shadowood Apartments in Addison, TX, have four floor plans available. Choose from an efficiency apartment with a fireplace, a one bedroom apartment with a fireplace, a one bedroom apartment with both a den and a fireplace, or a two bedroom apartment with a fireplace. Square footage starts at 485 and some homes are as large as 889 square feet. Apartment amenities include vaulted or high ceilings, dishwashers, walk-in closets, ceiling fans, pantries, mini blinds, frost-free refrigerators, patios or balconies and disposals. Also on the premises are a clubhouse, barbecues, a pool, a 24-hour fitness center, jogging trails, extra storage, high-speed Internet and a laundry room.

The local school district is Dallas, which includes Tosch Elementary, Marsh Middle and W.T. White High. This is a pet-friendly apartment community.
