Located right by Beltway Loop 8 and close to Highway 59, the apartments at Sanctuary provide easy access to downtown Houston and the surrounding suburbs. There is a lot of shopping within a mile of this apartment community including a Walmart Supercenter and plenty of places to eat out. For those who love the outdoors, Arthur Storey Park is a couple minutes to the north up Sam Houston Parkway.
This fenced and gated community has a pool for residents as well as a tennis court. There are also jogging trails and a 24-hour fitness center for those who desire more exercise than a few laps in the pool. The well manicured landscaping and the pool provide inviting views from the balconies of the apartments in these two-story apartment buildings. There is a clubhouse for residents as well as on-site laundry facilities.
