Salem Creek

A 78-unit apartment community conveniently located in Outer Southeast San Antonio near major entertainment, employment and military centers, Salem Creek features fully-appointed one and two bedroom air-conditioned and cable-ready homes. Each apartment has a variety of floor coverings (carpet, hardwood, and tile), walk-in closets, ceiling fans, extra storage space, fireplaces, washer/dryer hook-ups and patios or balconies.

Residents of Salem Creek enjoy a community pool, barbecue area, and a basketball court, as well as the convenience of on-site property management, maintenance, and movie rental. Laundry facilities are also available on the property grounds. There is a surface lot for parking, and the community is provided with free gas and trash removal services.

To qualify for rental, prospective residents must have income equal to three times their monthly rent. A deposit of up to one month's rent is required, and there is also an application fee. These apartment homes are not designated for Section 8 or assisted living. This apartment community is located near numerous public, charter, and private K-12 schools.

A maximum of two non-aggressive cats and/or dogs weighing 40 pounds or less is welcome upon payment of a pet deposit and a monthly pet rental fee. Members of your pet family must also be at least one year old and have current rabies shots.
