Quail Ridge

Quail Ridge is a controlled-access apartment community located in Hempstead, TX. Hempstead is a small town approximately 50 miles from Houston's downtown district. The town, which has a strong agricultural base, has hosted an annual watermelon festival every July for more than 25 years. Due to the town's convenient access to Highway 290 and Texas state highways 159 and 6, the population of Hempstead has been climbing since 1980. The apartment community is near all of the previously mentioned highways as well as Highway 359.

Apartments at Quail Ridge include one, two or three bedrooms. The one-bedroom plan contains 652 square feet and has one bathroom. Three different two-bedroom, two-bath plans are available, ranging in size from 997 to 1,168 square feet. The three-bedroom, two-bath plan has 1,199 square feet. Townhome-style apartments are available as well as flats. All apartments feature ceramic tile, storage closet on the patio or balcony, ceiling fans and connections for a full-sized washer and dryer.

Residents can cook out at one of the community's barbecue grills and enjoy the meal at the picnic area. The pool offers a refreshing way to beat the Texas heat. An onsite laundry facility, daycare center and business center provide convenience for residents. Covered parking is available, and pets are accepted.
