One of the biggest mistakes people make about senior living facilities is assuming that those facilities are functional and not fantastic. In the heart of downtown Dallas, Texas, people will find a high-rise apartment community called Pegasus Villas that is dedicated to making sure that its residents get everything possible out of life. This is a senior living facility where the emphasis is more on living than anything else.
This high-rise community is located near many of the best shops and restaurants in the downtown Dallas area. The decor offers a unique mix of modern design and a more rural theme. The community offers quick access to public transportation, and has a 16th-floor observation deck that gives an amazing view of downtown. There is a fitness center, a hot tub, and a heated pool that are definitely not staple features of the stereotypical senior community.
Aside from offering amazing views of the Dallas skyline, the apartments at Pegasus Villas also have a tremendous amount of storage space in a variety of places.
