Paradise Gardens

Cathedral Gardens is a senior living apartment community designed for residents who are at least 62 years of age. The community is located on the east side of Dallas near the intersection of Ross Avenue and N. Henderson Street. Garrett Park, a 5.2-acre municipal park that was established in 1914, is adjacent to the community's grounds. The location is within walking distance of many stores and restaurants as well as public transportation stops.

Cathedral Gardens offers one- and two-bedroom apartments with thoughtful amenities designed to help seniors maintain an independent lifestyle. Grab bars have been installed beside the shower-tubs, and there are emergency pull cords in the bathrooms and bedrooms. Two elevators make accessing the upper floors easier, and there are two laundry rooms on every floor.

Residents are free to choose the experiences they want, but management plans numerous activities. These activities include taking residents to the grocery store every week, hosting game nights every Friday and conducting sing-a-longs. Special dinners or parties are held periodically, such as to celebrate a resident's birthday or holiday. If residents prefer, they can skip all indoor activities and choose to spend their time in the beautiful, private courtyard, relaxing in the shade of a massive pecan tree.
