The Paisley at Arlington is located in South Arlington close to Mansfield, Texas. It is the perfect place to live for those wishing to be close to The Ballpark, Six Flags and Cowboys Stadium. Also, the community is planted among a large variety of restaurants, schools, entertainment venues and shops. Many students of The University of Texas (Arlington) call this community home. The community accepts applicants with broken leases that are at least two years old. The debt must be paid in full. Applicants must make at least 2.5 times the amount of the rent.
This three-story complex contains 200 units. The units were renovated in 2014. The renovations give residents vinyl wood floors and new bathrooms. Now residents can enjoy Energy Star windows, doors and appliances. In fact, all bills are paid for residents. This community is great for families with its new sparkling baby pool.
