Victorian Quarters at Team Ranch is located near Interstate 20 and Interstate 820 in Benbrook, Texas, southwest of Fort Worth. Boaz Park and Valley West Park are nearby. WalkScore gives it a score of 2 out of 100. This means you will need a vehicle, or take public transportation for nearly all of your errands.
Keeping with the ranch theme, the smallest floor plan is a one bedroom/one bathroom, 760 square feet unit called The Cowboy. The largest unit is a three bedroom/two bathroom, 1,313 square feet unit called The Star. In between you will find The Horseshoe, The Wildflower, The Lawman, and The Texan.
Community amenities, or Open Range, consist of a swimming pool, fitness center, clubhouse, laundry center, business center, and curbside trash pick-up. Some Units have direct access garages or carports. For your safety, Victorian Quarters at Team Ranch has limited access gates. This is a pet-friendly complex and has an off-leash dog park for your pup to play.
At the Homestead, or inside the units, are large patios or balconies, spacious closets, window blinds, washer/dryer connections, 9 foot ceilings with crown moldings, ceiling fans, refrigerator with icemaker, black appliances, kitchen pantries and spacious closets.
