About Oaks Trinity
The Oaks of Trinity is an apartment community in Dallas, Texas. Apartments are leased with both one bedroom and two bedrooms. These apartments have floor plans that allow a combination of living and working. About 20% of the residents in the community participate in the Intown Dallas Program. Washer and dryer rentals are available.
Since these apartments are in the city's dynamic Bishop Arts District, their location is very desirable. They are within walking distance of a number of places to shop and do business. These apartments are also close to both Trinity River and Lake Cliff Park. Interstates 30 and 35 East are nearby, but not so close that their traffic noise bothers residents. This is a pet-friendly community.
