Monterrey Park

Monterrey Park Apartments are in an idyllic location, just minutes from the expansive Monterrey Park and Recreation Area. Apartments are affordable, and come with floor plans that supple one to two bedrooms in each apartment. Ranging in size from 459 to 870 square feet, there is a floor plan sure to fit any living situation. The complex offers a pool, clubhouse, laundry room, and barbecues located through the grounds.

The apartment homes give residents access to ceiling fans, mini blinds, vaulted ceilings, and wall-to-wall carpeting. The complex also provides dishwashers, refrigerators, and a pantry in each unit. Walk-in closets and a patio or balcony help to round out the features of these phenomenal apartments.

Monterrey Park allows residents to keep their cat or dog on the premises. There is a one pet maximum, and the apartment limits pets to 30 pounds. There is a non-refundable pet fee that must be paid upon move-in.

Located in the Edgewood School District, the complex is close to Stafford Elementary School, Wrenn Middle School, and Memorial High School. St. Mary's University, Lackland and Kelly Air Force Base are also located close to the complex. The Sonny Melendez Community Center is located immediately across the street.
