Renting from Montego Bay might not make tenants feel like they're on a tropical vacation, but renting will make them feel comfortable and at home. The pet-friendly complex accepts dogs and cats and has plenty of places where residents can take their dogs for a walk. They can choose between a traditional apartment style or a loft apartment based on their needs. Many apartments feature a small balcony or a small patio that provides tenants with an outdoor space all of theirr own. Tenants can also feel good about parking their cars at the complex because it offers both garage spaces and covered parking spots for residents.
Built in the early 1970s, the community combines elements of modern and vintage designs. Newly updated apartments feature window blinds, walk-in closets, large kitchen pantries and ceiling fans. Some units also come with a fireplace. The complex is close to one of the area's best dog parks and plenty of restaurants and shops too. Montego Bay agrees to pay for the water that its tenants use, which it includes in its monthly rent. Tenants will also find that each apartment in the community comes with its own private washer and dryer for their own use.
