Anyone looking for a place to live that is within walking distance of excellent dining, shopping and nightlife, Mondrian West Village, located at 3000 Blackburn Street in Dallas, is the perfect choice. Not only is Mondrian located close to all these amenities, there are many things to enjoy without ever leaving the complex.
The Mondrian has a controlled access entry system with a five story parking garage, so residents have added security and exclusivity. They are also protected from rain and wind as you go to and from your vehicle. There is a beautiful Zen garden with outdoor fireplace and grilling area as well as a pool that also has an outdoor fireplace. The fitness center, which overlooks the downtown area, even provides a personal trainer. There is a cyber café with wireless internet and a resident events coordinator so residents know there is always something fun happening.
The apartments at the Mondrian offer floor to ceiling glass windows, floating glass balconies and wood-style flooring. The kitchens offer granite countertops, kitchen islands and the most up-to-date appliances. There are mirrored dressing areas, oval soaking tubs and stand-up showers as well as gas fireplaces available. Cats and dogs are permitted in the apartments, although there is a two pet minimum and breed restrictions apply. The complex even has a pet park on the fifth floor.
Not far from the Mondrian West Village is The Magnolia where residents can take in the latest movies. The complex is close to Cole Park which is dog-friendly. The apartments are located close to the McKinney Avenue Trolley that provides access to many activities in the area.
