Mitchell Lofts

The Mitchell Lofts in Dallas offers five basic loft floor plans with many variations of square footage. There are four plans with one bathroom and living space, and one plan with two bathrooms and living space. The building is a renovation of a former cotton gin manufacturing plant. It stylishly modernizes the look and feel of the old mill. Each loft is individualized, but some of the characteristics include large original industrial windows, steel beams and exposed brick, custom wood cabinetry with granite, soaring ceilings, concrete or metal counter tops, wood and polished concrete floors.

Standard features include a built-in microwave, self-cleaning oven, dishwasher, frost-free refrigerator, ceiling fans, contemporary window treatments, full-size washer and dryer connections, and each loft contains large storage closets. Large garden and whirlpool tubs are also available.

Community features include an on-site laundry facility, enclosed swimming pool, a community clubroom with a coffee bar and WiFi, a sound system for the pool area and clubroom, a BBQ and picnic area, large screen TV with HD sports package, pet exercise area, atrium sculpture garden, and a rooftop deck. There is also private on-site garage parking.
