Conveniently located in the heart of the prestigious Lakewood neighborhood, The Marquee offers residents easy access to some of the most popular areas in Dallas, including the downtown business district. Lakewood Country Club is less than a mile away, and it is just a short drive to White Rock Lake, where tycoon H. L. Hunt built his personal home that was designed to resemble Mount Vernon. Adjacent to the lake is the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden, which covers 66 acres and includes the historic DeGolyer estate. Although powerboats and swimming are not permitted, kayaks, canoes, sailboats and paddle-boats are allowed on White Rock Lake.

The Marquee offers five different floor plans. The studio apartment has 520 square feet, while the one-bedroom, one-bath plan offers 651 square feet. The two-bedroom, one-bath apartment has 810 square feet. There are two plans for two-bedroom, two-bath units, offering 900 or 936 square feet, depending on the specific apartment. All units have wood floors, self-cleaning ovens, frost-free refrigerators, garbage disposals and walk-in closets.

Residents can relax in the courtyard or grill at one of the community's barbecue stations. Pets are allowed, subject to certain restrictions. An on-site clothes care facility is provided for the convenience of residents.
