The apartment community at MAA Valley Ranch in Irving, Texas, is located just northeast of the Dallas Metro Area. The MAA Valley Ranch apartments are close to plenty of shopping, restaurants, several fine schools, and the North Lake Ranch Park. Residents of the community also have easy access to Highway 635
There are a variety of features in many of the homes available in the community. Updated gourmet kitchens and bathrooms are available in some units, as are stainless steel appliances and sinks, new flooring and new ceiling fans. However, central air and heat are standard. Other features may include ceramic tile flooring, plush carpeting in bedrooms, built-in bookshelves, and a full-size washer/dryer. Ample storage is available, including the linen closets, walk-in closets and built-in computer desk. The patios and balconies offer a private spot to enjoy a breath of fresh air as you check out the views of the city, and the gas fireplace will take the chill off on cool days.
