The Eastmont is located on the north side of Arlington on gently rolling, lushly landscaped grounds. Access to Interstate 30, Highway 360 or Highway 183 is just minutes away. The community is near the University of Texas at Arlington as well as major attractions, such as Six Flags Over Texas and the home field of the Dallas Cowboys, AT&T Stadium. Upscale dining and shopping can be found in the neighborhood, but there are also numerous take-out restaurants and well-known retailers. Lake Viridian, River Legacy Park and the Chester W. Ditto Golf Course are conveniently located nearby for residents to enjoy.

Residents can unwind at one of the two sparkling pools, both of which feature sundecks. There is an on-site laundry facility and wireless Internet access. Additional storage is available, as is round-the-clock emergency maintenance. The community is pet-friendly although certain restrictions apply.

Six different floor plans are offered at Eastmont. Efficiencies range between 485 and 582 square feet. The one-bedroom, one-bath plan provides 663 square feet; a similar plan adds a den, increasing the square footage to 805. Two-bedroom, two-bath units will contain either 1,011 or 1,262 square feet, depending on which plan is selected. All of the one- and two-bedroom plans have fireplaces that are ideal for cozy winter evenings at home. All ground-floor units have private patios, while all units on the upper floors have private balconies.
