Welcome UNT students to your new apartment community, Leonard. Located just 1.5 miles from campus, this complex is the perfect location for UNT students. Those without transportation to and from campus need not be worried as Leonard is on the UNT bus route. The complex just underwent over three million dollars in renovations so is like new and awaiting new residents. These renovations include: brand new stainless steel appliances, new furniture and memory foam mattresses in every bedroom, wood flooring in the common area, and new carpet in the bedrooms.
