Located in a desirable neighborhood in Pasadena, Texas, Park Hollow Apartments offers efficiency, one, two, and three bedroom units. Residents who commute to the larger city of Houston find the trip just over twenty minutes from Houston when the I-45 is taken. The area also provides many conveniences, including restaurants, coffee shops, and public transportation and, for those who love the ocean, Galveston and the Gulf of Mexico less than forty-five minutes south.
Many residents were drawn to the complex by the amenities Park Hollow provides. The apartments are spacious, have updated appliances, and each unit has a patio or balcony. A pantry in the kitchen and walk-in closets make it possible to turn apartments into resident homes quite easily. The complex is gated and is very well-maintained.
Park Hollow Apartments has a swimming pool on-site that is surrounded by the courtyard where residents enjoy entertaining. Residents also enjoy the amenity of pet ownership in the community. Dogs and cats are permitted, but only two pets maximum are allowed and owners must pay the pet deposit fee. The apartment complex also requires that residents have an income equal or in excess of three times the rent before being approved as a tenant.
