The modern, geometric building houses units ranging from 2 to 4 bedrooms. Each has wood floors and carpet as well as views of the pool and hot tub area. There are upgraded interiors, free cable and high-speed internet, and convenient in-unit washers and dryers. Also included are fully functioning kitchens, pantries, walk-in closets, and ceiling fans. Students even have the option of receiving fully furnished units.
Around the property are large areas to relax. There is an expansive green area that houses a brand new basketball court and grassy dog walk. The building allows both dogs and cats. There is also an outdoor sand volleyball court and a recently upgraded fitness room with ample machines, weights, yoga mats, and Fitness of Demand capability.
Along with the community pool is a hot tub, lounge seating, picnic table, and barbecue area. An expansive clubhouse offers high-back chairs, counter-height tables and stools, and a TV. Also included are a pool table and additional television. When it’s time to study, there is a newly upgraded study room with 5 Mac and PC computers and a printer.
On top of all this, the building is just minutes from campus. It is on the TXST bus route and walking distance to Bobcat Stadium and Bobcat Track and Field Stadium. It is near public transportation and walking distance to numerous restaurants on Aquarena Springs Drive. It is also easily accessible to the I-35.
