Holiday Hills Apartments, located just outside the city center of Dallas, offers close access to routes 30 and 35E, as well as access to public transportation for easy commuting. It is also a community that provides a place to kick back and relax outside the stresses of work. 1 and 2 bedroom den-style apartments are available, and include furnished kitchens with dishwashers and microwaves, a variety of flooring options, walk-in storage closets, ceiling fans, gas, and central air systems. Additionally, some units may include balcony spaces and renovated cabinetry options.
Community amenities include gate-protected access to two swimming pools and a hot tub, as well as a community clubhouse and common picnic-style areas. Four laundry rooms with full washer/dryer service are available to all tenants and open 24 hours a day.
Holiday Hills I is a pet-friendly community. Dogs, cats, and other small animals are welcome with a pet deposit fee. Dog-walking space is available in the community, and there are parks within a few blocks' walk, or a short car drive.
