Greenway

Greenway is a respite from the late-night study sessions, uncomfortable classrooms and stressful college experience. UTSA students love the one-bedroom and one-bathroom apartments that come with reserved parking. The apartments are safe, secure and offer a much-needed escape from the pressures of school. Flexible leasing with school schedules in mind are available, and the office staff know the specific needs of college students.

The apartments at Greenway are an ideal alternative to sharing a dorm with a stranger. Each unit is 480 square feet, and provides a less than 500 yard walk to the main campus. Full kitchens, air conditioning, bathrooms and plush carpeting all come standard. The parking lots are well-lit, and each apartment features an integrated closet and access to a 24-hour laundry room. This is also one of the only apartment complexes in town that rewards students for staying longer. Students who maintain a 12-month lease can save substantially over a short-term lease.

The apartment complex is located directly across the street from the University of Texas, San Antonio. It is also located close to Bamberger Nature Park, Leon Creek Greenway Park and and several restaurants, including Grand Canal Dining, Perry's and Pericos Mexican Restaurant.
