Greenbriar apartments make it easy to access the nearby Highway 75 and Dallas North Tollway. One and two bedroom apartments are available, all of which are surrounded by beautifully landscaped grounds. There are also plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. The management at Greenbriar is professional and attentive, and amenities include covered parking, assigned parking, limited-access gates, a pool, a hot tub, and a central mail area. Apartment amenities include full-sized washers and dryers, continuous-cleaning ovens, frost-free refrigerators, ice makers, fireplaces with brick hearths, mini blinds, French doors that lead to patios and balconies, roomy walk-in closets, large pantries, dishwashers, disposals, big bathrooms, outside storage, ceiling fans and brush nickel hardware. Each apartment has a fireplace as well. Pets are welcome but only two pets are allowed per unit. Aggressive breeds are not accepted and a pet deposit may be required. The local school district is Plano, including Thomas Elementary, Carpenter Middle and Clark High, which has grades nine and ten. There are two stories in total with 182 units. Lease terms range from seven to 12 months.
