Flats at Sugarland represents two phases of a luxury, three-story apartment community. Residents can choose a space between 826 and 1,312 square feet and up to three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Each unit offers modern amenities coupled with classic decor, including nine-foot vaulted ceilings, a Roman-style oval tub, over-sized walk-in closets, lighted bedroom ceiling fans, a gourmet Euro-style kitchen with spacious cabinet and pantry storage, granite-style counters and black-on-black electric appliances, laundry hookups and a patio or balcony with a pool/courtyard view and extra storage. Some floor plans include full-size washers and dryers and a den. Residents also receive two unassigned parking spaces and access to a car wash and vacuum area with the option to reserve a covered parking space.
Members of the community at Flats at Sugarland are protected day and night by secure fences and access gates. There are also optional private intrusion alarms monitored by a security firm. Maintenance and emergency events are quickly handled by on-site management and on-call maintenance staff.
