The entire apartment complex underwent an extensive remodel in 2012, and the area looks brand new. Each unit comes with a fireplace that is a great centerpiece in the living room. High vaulted ceilings make the units feel open and bright. Residents can hit the ground running in a kitchen that comes with a microwave, a frost free refrigerator, a range and a pantry. Ceiling fans keep residents cool when the outside temperatures soar.
Royal Orleans has a clubhouse and a pool for their residents' use. These areas are great places to kick back and relax. The apartment complex is conveniently located off of Dilido Road where residents can board public transit for access to all of the top sites and attractions of Dallas. Across the street is the Harold Wendell Lang Senior Middle School. There is a Circle Grill and a self-storage facility a few blocks from the complex.
