Encanta Villas I & II

Encanta Villas Phase I & II is located in the El Dorado neighborhood in the northeastern area of San Antonio. I-35 and I-410 are nearby, making travel into downtown San Antonio very easy. The grounds are well maintained and offer large green areas with mature trees. It is a relatively small community, consisting of 56 units in the two-story buildings. Some special features are a playground for the kids, access for those with disabilities, bilingual staff, and they accept housing vouchers.

Each apartment comes equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and a washer/dryer hookup. The units are air conditioned, carpeted, have a fireplace, oak bookcases, window blinds, ceiling fans, and extra storage. Each unit also has assigned parking and a patio or balcony. All of the apartments are 1,025 square feet and have two bedrooms.

Though there are breed restrictions, tenants are allowed to have one pet reside with them.
