Emory on Grand

Emory on Grand offers a unique option for residents that allow them to significantly reduce their electricity costs. Management at the complex have contracted with utility suppliers to provide electricity to individual units, allowing residents to who participate to pay a refundable security deposit and a low monthly fee for electric service.

Along with the special electric service, residents enjoy a pool and recreation area as well as apartments that are pre-wired for internet service. The laundry room is available 24 hours per day although each apartment has connections so that residents can install their own washers and dryers as well. Apartments are available with one or two bedrooms and some of the two bedroom units offer an additional bathroom as well. Some apartments even offer fireplaces as an additional amenity.

The complex is pet-friendly, allowing cats and dogs with a two pet maximum per apartment. There is a 20 pound weight restriction for pets and breed restrictions do apply. There is also a non-refundable pet deposit.

The apartments are located close to Route 287 and 35 East, making it easy to get to the many activities that are located close by. Waxahachie High School is very close to the complex as is Brown Singleton Park with a disc golf course and walking trail. There is also a playground and large pavilion, offering fun activities for the entire family within a close distance to Emory on Grand.
