We have recently lowered our rates and now have one bedrooms starting as low as $726, two bedrooms starting as low as $830!! We have apartment homes ready for immediate move in! We are located just minutes from downtown Fort Worth and TCU. We have a preferred employer list with discounts off of deposit, application fees and admin fees. We also allow large pets (breed restrictions apply) with only a one time $200 pet fee per pet and then $15 pet rent per month per pet!
