Del Sol is a 152 unit apartment complex that offers a variety of amenities to suit any potential renter. The complex has four floor plans from which to choose: two 1 bedroom/ 1 bathroom plans, a 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom plan, and a 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom plan. The units range in size from 557 to 855 square feet.
All units come standard with ceiling fans, disposals, frost free refrigerators, and dishwashers. Wall to wall carpeting, dedicated pantry space, and walk-in closets make each of the units feel like home. While the individual apartments do not have in-unit washers or dryers, renters can use the complex's two laundry facilities. Residents will also enjoy the on-site pool and complimentary high-speed internet.
Cats and small dogs under 25 pounds are welcome at Del Sol with a pet deposit. Breed restrictions do apply. There is a maximum of two pets per unit.
